We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless there has been a mistake on our part. This includes situations where you have received an incorrect item, a damaged item, or an item with a defect.

If you believe there has been an issue with your order, please contact us at yourstrulyandyoursonly@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Please include your order details, proof of purchase, and any relevant photos or information that may help us assess the problem.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused/unworn, with original packaging and tags (where applicable). Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
